The original colour me beautiful Eye & Lip base formula helps achieve a long-lasting wear from shadows and lipsticks. Its helps to stop "bleeding" of lipsticks and lip pencils into the fine lines around the mouth. It also moisturises and protects.

how to use it:
Apply with the wand applicator before shadows or lipstick, gloss and liner. Dispense only a small amount using the soft applicator or use a brush to distribute evenly and smoothly. Allow 15 seconds of drying time before applying lipstick.
