Conditions of Use

By placing your order with CMB Ireland Online, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Pricing 
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply for the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.

2. Availability 
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.

3. Delivery 
Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price - see Delivery for details of applicable charges.

4. Ordering 
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by CMB Ireland Online of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes we may transfer your information to trusted third parties.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • FAULTY GOODS
    If your purchase develops a fault and within its 12 month guarantee period you will be responsible for returning the product to us, we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge . This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange.
  • DAMAGED GOODS
    Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.
    In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your CMB Ireland Online order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace your order. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of delivery.
  • SHORTAGES
    It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • INCORRECT GOODS
    It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of delivery.
  • VOUCHERS
    Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Refunds are at our discretion.
These policies do not affect your statutory rights.

6. Website Information 
Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the website. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this Website. To the extent permissible by law, all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.

7. Liability 
CMB Ireland Online's liability for any injury, damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded.

8. Security 
While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details, CMB Ireland Online cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties. All personal details are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our own Privacy Policy.
