how to use it: Apply with the and applicator over the foundation. When being used under the eyes it should be quickly and carefully blended. To draw attention away from under eye circleds or minimise shadows, stroke concealer over the darkes areas only. On spots and blemishes apply directly, in severe cases both over and under foundation.
